About our leadership team

A freshman undergrad, an Eagle scout and troop leader, Gaurav is passionate about reading and service to the community. His research and findings on educational inequality in lower income communities led him to launch this organization. Gaurav brings leadership & service experience and formulates & executes the strategy for Reading Good, including for fundraising.

Dr. Harry Partridge, Chief Technologist at NASA and an Eagle scout, has lived in Palo Alto/Redwood City for 30+ yrs. He has helped scale several nonprofits and is very data driven. He brings strategic focus to our metrics and success criteria.

Satish Katiyar, an entrepreneur, has lived in the area for 30+ years. He has founded 3 technology companies and served as senior leader in the large tech companies in the bayarea. He brings operational rigor and business expertise to Reading Good.

Meena, a teacher and an avid marathon runner, adds an educator's perspective to our working and strategic thinking . She also helps navigate the schools and local communities.

Rajeev Tyagi, a senior product executive and a graduate of Stanford Business School, has lived in Palo Alto for 17 years. He brings financial and fundraising expertise to Reading Good.
